As the person making marketing decisions for your company, we know that what you are now wanting to know is, "What's this going to cost me?" and "What am I going to get for my money?" So, here's the short answer: for our Full Underwriter package, at $30,000, you get 2,000 units of the Fly Fishing 101[tm] DVD/CD package product; you get full 'branding' rights; you get 250 Mb of messaging space on the DVD and an additional 25 Mb of messaging space on each of the 6 regional CDs; and you get full access to the supporting marketing materials produced by Angle Productions. That's the short answer; what follows explains each of these elements in a little more depth Product component: The Fly Fishing 101[tm] package has been designed to retail for a suggested $30 and to wholesale for $15. For both Underwriters and Sponsors, we have equated the wholesale value of the number of units you will receive to your buy-in amount. So, for your $30,000 investment, you receive 2000 units with a wholesale value of $15 a unit. It is entirely up to you as to how you utilize these units. Using your existing distribution channels, you may offer these as an introductory or complimentary 'freebie'; as a premium for certain dollar volume purchases; or as a sale item at the wholesale price of $15 - which would allow you to totally recoup your marketing investment, or at the suggested retail price of $30 - which would double back to you your investment. Frankly, we've never heard of such a marketing deal being offered, ever. And that's before we get into the significant marketing components of branding and messaging. Branding component: As a full Underwriter, your company logo is included on the front cover of the 4-color wraparound insert of the safe-box packaging. It is included in the opening segment of the DVD. It can also be included in ads, press releases and point-of-purchase Marketing Materials prepared by Angle Productions in support of the Fly Fishing 101[tm] package. If you are the first Marketer in your particular industry to sign on as a full Underwriter, you also will have the option of 'closing out' that industry to your competitors. What this means is that if you are, say, a marketer of rods, and you are the first in your industry to sign on, you have the option of precluding any other rod marketers from participating as a Full Underwriter. This is a time-dated offer, however, so refer to your Media Kit, or contact us directly, to see if this option is still available. Messaging component: Having actual product, which you physically possess and control, and having your affiliation to that product identified by means of your brand identity goes a long way in making your ownership of Fly Fishing 101[tm] a tangible reality. We take that ownership to yet another level, however, with our Messaging Program. Here's how our Full Underwriter Messaging component works: On the DVD, we've allocated a full gigabyte of space for our Underwriters' messaging; since we are limiting our Full Underwriter positions to four marketers, this means that each Full Underwriter receives an allocation of up to 250 Mb of space. If this were a pure 'space' media buy - meaning you weren't getting product as well - this in and of itself would make for an attractive offer because 250 MB is a healthy allocation of space. This is enough space for a :30 second video, a 24 page catalog, a :30 voice over and an entire print ad campaign. In addition to the DVD messaging space, you also receive 25 MB of space on each of the six regional CDs, which can include the same content, formatted to work on the CD, or additional new content. Complementing the wealth of digital messaging space is the companion 28-page booklet that comes with the package, with each Full Underwriter allocated a full 4-color 2-page spread. Marketing Materials component: Rounding out our 'What you get' package is our Marketing Materials support component. We realize some of our Underwriters and Sponsors may have existing advertising campaigns already in place. To facilitate being able to 'piggy-back' on these existing campaigns, we've created a series of 'snipes' announcing either your affiliation with Fly Fishing 101[tm], or availability of the product through you. Some of you might prefer ready-made, off-the-shelf ads to which your branding can be added, for your own media placement. We have those available as well. We have also produced a series of Press Releases announcing the Product, its features, and availability of the Product through our affiliated Underwriters and Sponsors. Marketing Materials support also includes a variety of 'print-ready' art-parts for your point-of-purchase displays and trade shows.
