As the person making marketing decisions for your company, we know that what you are now wanting to know is, "What's this going to cost me?" and "What am I going to get for my money?" So, here's the short answer: for our Sponsor package, at $1,500, you get 100 units of the Fly Fishing 101[tm] DVD/CD package product; you get specific, limited 'branding' rights; you get 25 Mb of messaging space on one regional CD; and you get full access to the supporting marketing materials produced by Angle Productions. That's the short answer; what follows explains each of these elements in a little more depth.

Sponsor Specifics

Product component:
The Fly Fishing 101[tm] package has been designed to retail for a suggested $30 and to wholesale for $15. For both Underwriters and Sponsors, we have equated the wholesale value of the number of units of product you will receive to your buy-in amount. So, for your $1,500 investment, you receive 100 units with a wholesale value of $15 a unit. It is entirely up to you as to how you utilize these units. Using your existing distribution channels, you may offer these as an introductory or complimentary 'freebie'; as a premium for certain dollar volume purchases; or as a sale item at the wholesale price of $15 -- which would totally recoup your marketing investment, or at the suggested retail price of $30 - which would double back to you your investment. Frankly, we've never heard of such a marketing deal being offered, ever. And that's before we get into the significant marketing components of Branding and Messaging.

Branding component:
As a Sponsor, you are associated with this unique product throughout its regional distribution and your company logo can be included in ads, press releases and point-of-purchase Marketing Materials prepared by Angle Productions in support of the Fly Fishing 101[tm] package.

Messaging component:
Having actual product, which you physically possess and control, and having your affiliation to that product identified in supporting Marketing Materials goes a long way in making your ownership of Fly Fishing 101[tm] a tangible reality. We take that ownership to yet another level, however, with our Messaging Program. Here's how our Sponsor Messaging component works: In addition to the DVD, the "Fly-fishing 101" package will include one of 6 regional CDs. The regions currently planned for are: The West; Rocky Mountain Region; Mid-America; Southeast & Florida; Mid-Atlantic; and Northeast. Sponsors are limited to two per 'sponsor type' per region, so that your Fly Shop or Lodge, for example, would be one of only two on the CD for your region. On your regional CD, you will receive 25 Mb of space. If this were a pure 'space' media buy - meaning you weren't getting product as well - this in and of itself would make for an attractive offer because 25 Mb is a healthy allocation of space. This is enough space for an entire print ad campaign and an average sized catalog. Complementing the wealth of digital messaging space is the companion 28-page booklet that comes with the package, with each Sponsor allocated a half-page 4-color space. In addition to the Messaging space reserved for Underwriters and Sponsors, each regional CD also will contain informational content to enrich and facilitate the fly-fishing experience such as river and waterway maps; state Fish and Game rules, regulations, guides and applications; region-specific information; and some general tips and tricks like basic knot-tying.

Marketing Materials component:
We realize some of our Underwriters and Sponsors may have existing advertising campaigns already in place. To facilitate being able to 'piggy-back' on these existing campaigns, we've created a series of 'snipes' announcing either your affiliation with Fly Fishing 101[tm] , or availability of the product through you. Some of you might prefer ready-made, off-the-shelf ads to which your branding can be added, for your own media placement. We have those available as well. We have also produced a series of Press Releases announcing the Product, its features, and availability of the Product through our affiliated Underwriters and Sponsors. Marketing Materials support also includes a variety of 'print-ready' art-parts for your point-of-purchase displays and trade shows.
